- Lead the HRGA department, overseeing Human Resources, General Affairs, and Administration functions.
- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with company goals.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

- Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HRGA roles, with at least 5 years in the mining industry.
- Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
