📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients in the water and wastewater treatment sector.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and analysis.
Present and negotiate contracts, ensuring that client needs and company objectives are met.
Provide technical support and guidance to clients on product selection and application.
Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.
Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the water and wastewater treatment chemicals industry.
Strong understanding of water and wastewater treatment processes and technologies.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
