📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing excellent customer service to clients, both in person and over the phone.,Processing transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers accurately and efficiently.,Assisting customers with inquiries and resolving any issues they may have.,Maintaining the cash drawer and ensuring proper record-keeping.,Following all relevant banking regulations and procedures.,Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.,Performing other duties as assigned by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or banking role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of banking operations and procedures.,Familiarity with Indonesian banking regulations.,Proficiency in using computers and basic banking software.,Ability to stand for long periods of time.
