Duta Dian Bakery is looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Supervisor to join our team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team of employees, and ensuring the smooth running of our bakery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervisory roles and a passion for the baking industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support.,Maintain high standards of quality and hygiene in the bakery.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Develop and implement training programs for new employees.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of managing a team and driving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and ordering systems.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Valid food safety and hygiene certification is a plus.
