📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert advice and support to clients on commercial lines insurance products and services,Develop and maintain strong client relationships,Assist in the preparation and negotiation of insurance policies and contracts,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities,Monitor and report on key performance indicators and insurance trends,Train and mentor junior staff members,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of departmental strategies,Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a commercial lines capacity,Strong knowledge of Indonesian insurance market and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Valid driver's license and ability to travel
