Stripe is seeking a Risk Operations Analyst to join our Financial Crimes team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our mission to make the world's financial infrastructure more efficient, equitable, and transparent. You will work closely with our team to identify and mitigate financial crimes, ensuring the safety and security of our customers and the integrity of our platform.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and analyze transaction data to identify and investigate suspicious activities.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk management strategies.,Conduct due diligence on customers and merchants to assess their risk profiles.,Develop and maintain risk models and scoring systems to predict and prevent fraud.,Work with law enforcement and regulatory bodies to report and investigate financial crimes.,Provide training and support to internal teams on risk management and compliance.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial crimes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in risk operations, financial crimes, or a related field.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in data analysis tools and software.,Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
