Fresh Diamond Jaya is looking for a dedicated Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the sales process, managing customer inquiries, and contributing to the growth of our business. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by managing customer inquiries and follow-ups,Provide product information and answer customer questions,Support the sales team in achieving targets and quotas,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data,Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services,Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with sales techniques and CRM software is a plus,Fluency in Indonesian is required
