📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve performance and reduce costs.,Manage and supervise a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Manage inventory and supply chain to ensure optimal stock levels.,Handle any operational issues or challenges that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of operational software and tools is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
