📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, ensuring vehicles are maintained and serviced according to manufacturer specifications.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to optimize costs and efficiency.,Ensure all drivers are trained and certified, and that they adhere to safety protocols.,Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule and manage vehicle repairs and inspections.,Manage and maintain fleet records, including vehicle history, maintenance logs, and insurance documents.,Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.,Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.,Provide leadership and support to the fleet team, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role in the transportation or logistics industry.,Proven experience in managing and maintaining fleet vehicles, including knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Strong understanding of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.,Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the transportation and logistics industry.,Familiarity with budgeting and financial management principles.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
