Den Plus Pratama is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and available for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to schedule vehicle usage and ensure timely pick-up and drop-off.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing to prevent breakdowns.,Track and manage vehicle fuel consumption and costs, ensuring efficient usage.,Handle vehicle documentation and insurance, ensuring all necessary paperwork is up-to-date.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support to the Fleet Manager in any additional tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a related role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Knowledge of fleet management software and GPS tracking systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
