In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Process and reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial documents.,Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and follow-up on overdue payments.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with financial regulations.,Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis for management.,Provide administrative support to the finance manager and other finance team members.,Participate in audit and tax preparation processes as required.,Perform other duties as assigned by the finance manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a finance or accounting role (preferably in a similar industry).,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).,Valid ID and work permit (if applicable).
