PT Mitra Anggrek is seeking a talented and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work from our office in Balikpapan and remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth and development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate job candidates to ensure a high-quality pool of applicants.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the role.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to internal teams on recruitment best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding recruitment and employment.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
