Mart Bloom Nusantara is a dynamic and growing company in the retail sector. We are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions to support the company's growth and ensure a positive work environment for our employees.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
