📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage cash flow and liquidity, and ensure timely payment of invoices and other obligations.,Lead and mentor the finance team, and ensure the effective use of financial resources.,Provide financial advice and support to other departments as needed.,Monitor and control the company's financial performance, and identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial company.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and financial analysis.,Proficiency in using financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
