📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain a strong client base through proactive sales activities
• Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends
• Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with clients
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth sales operations
• Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track and manage sales pipelines
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Valid SIM (Driver's License) and clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
