📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Lead and mentor a team of retail professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Manage inventory and stock levels using SAP and Excel, ensuring optimal stock availability and minimizing waste.
• Implement and monitor retail strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive overall business objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in retail operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing retail teams and driving operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of retail software and tools, including SAP and Excel.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
