XCEL Corporindo is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Telemarketing to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to our sales targets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Answering and directing customer inquiries via phone calls.,Assisting customers with product information and services.,Processing orders and resolving customer complaints.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records.,Contributing to sales targets through effective communication and negotiation.,Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.,Assisting in the development and implementation of telemarketing strategies.,Collaborating with the sales team to achieve company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or customer service roles.,Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.,Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
