📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax laws.
• Lead and mentor junior tax professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Conduct tax audits and reviews, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.
• Prepare and file tax returns for the company and its subsidiaries.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, providing guidance to the team.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address tax-related issues and opportunities.
• Monitor and report on tax expenses, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all tax-related transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in tax compliance and strategy, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in tax-related fields is a plus.
