📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge,Implement and evaluate training programs to ensure their effectiveness,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and goals,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to help them develop their skills and reach their full potential,Measure and report on the impact of training programs on employee performance and business outcomes,Work closely with the HR team to align training programs with the overall strategic goals of the company,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,Proven track record of designing and implementing effective training programs,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Experience with training technologies and platforms, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS),Knowledge of assessment and evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of training programs,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
