📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payment of invoices and collection of receivables.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company standards.,Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.,Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns, ensuring compliance with local and international tax laws.,Manage the company's financial relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.,Provide financial guidance and support to the management team and other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance or accounting role, preferably in a multinational or international company.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
