📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of sales assistants and cashiers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.,Handle cash transactions accurately and securely, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Promote products and services to customers, driving sales growth and customer engagement.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Train and develop team members to ensure they meet performance standards and company values.,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.,Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.,Ensure the cashier area is clean and organized, following health and safety guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and customer service roles.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Knowledge of cash handling and financial transactions.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and sales software.,High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in sales or customer service are a plus.
