OMEGA Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead HR Officer to join our team in Sunter. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping employees grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.,Oversee employee benefits and compensation programs.,Handle employee grievances and disputes in a fair and impartial manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Experience with HR information systems and software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of achieving HR goals and objectives.
