📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee-based beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks.
• Mix and serve a wide range of cocktails, ensuring each one is crafted to perfection.
• Maintain and clean all bar and coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance and hygiene.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcome and well taken care of.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in coffee and cocktail preparation.
• Assist in the training and development of new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a barista or bartending role, preferably in a high-end hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of coffee and cocktail preparation techniques, including espresso-based beverages and creative cocktail mixing.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using coffee and bar equipment, including espresso machines, cocktail shakers, and blenders.
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Passion for crafting exceptional beverages and providing a memorable guest experience.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our guests.
